The Winner's Bible is operated by Peakcon Ltd and provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of www.TheWinnersBible.com and any other web sites, networks or services owned or operated by The Winner's Bible.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the TWB website. Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes by making the new Privacy Policy available through the TWB Service.

1. Information Collection: The Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

1.1 In the course of using the TWB Service, you may provide us with personally identifiable information. 

This refers to information about you included in Submissions, including your account registration and profile information, that can be used to contact or identify you, and information on your use of and activities through the TWB Service that may be connected with you ( Personal Information ). Personal Information that we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses. Personal Information may also include information you supply to us in the course of using the TWB Service including your preferences, interests expressed, Personal Audit entries and responses, products purchased, and other content submissions. 

1.2 When you visit the TWB Service, our servers automatically record information that your device and / or browser send whenever you visit a website. This information may include, but is not limited to, your computer's Internet Protocol address, operating system, browser type and version, the web page you were visiting immediately before you came to the TWB Service, and the search query you submitted to find the TWB Service on a search engine. Like most websites, we also use cookies to collect and store information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use persistent cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the TWB Service; and we use session ID cookies to enable certain features of the TWB Service, to better understand how you interact with the TWB Service and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the TWB Service. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. 1.3 In the course of using the TWB Service, and interacting with third party service providers listed therein, we might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Examples of such information include other Users who make submissions in connection with your Personal Audit, third party service providers you transact with, and the nature of those transactions. 

2. How We Use Personal Information

2.1 Personal Information may be used for the following purposes: (i) to provide and improve the TWB Service and its features and content, including providing you with personalized services such as the Personal Audit, (ii) to administer your membership and your use of the TWB Service, (iii) to enable you and other Users to enjoy and easily navigate the TWB Service, (iv) to better understand your needs and interests, (v) to fulfill requests you may make, (vi) to personalize your experience, (vii) to provide or offer web site and software updates, and other product announcements, and (viii) to provide you with further information and offers from us or third parties that we believe you may find useful or interesting, including newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information on services and products offered by us or third parties; (ix) to facilitate follow up and subsequent dealings with third party service providers listed on the TWI Service, and to enhance their ability to serve you efficiently and effectively. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive communications initiated under part (viii) of this paragraph, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications, or contact TWB directly via the contact form. 

2.2 We use information we obtain by technical means (such as the automatic recording performed by our servers or through the use of cookies) for the above purposes and in order to monitor and analyze use of the TWB Service and for the TWB Service's technical administration, to enhance the functionality and user-friendliness of the TWB Service, to better tailor it to your needs, to generate and derive useful data and information concerning the interests, characteristics and website use behavior of our users, and to verify that visitors to the TWB Service meet the criteria required to process their requests. 

2.3 You may, of course, decline to provide TWB with certain personal information, and you may revise or remove any information you have provided at any time during your membership, but doing so may interfere with your ability utilize the TWB Service to its fullest potential, or at all. (See Changing or Deleting Information, below.) 

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we are not in the business of selling Personal Information to others. We may, from time to time, share your Personal Information as described below. When practicable, such disclosures are made under terms similar to this Privacy Policy. 

3.1 Users. We will display your Personal Information on the TWB Service according to the preferences you set in your account and activity you engage in on the TWB Service. Any information and Submissions you choose to provide should reflect how much you want all other Users to know about you. We recommend that you guard sensitive information and we encourage Users to think carefully about what information about themselves and their families they disclose in their profile and Content pages. Similarly, certain features of the TWB Service, including the Personal Audit, may allow you to submit information to other Users anonymously, which means that your name will not be provided to the recipient, unless you include it. However, the recipient may be able to identify you based on the content and context of your submission. You should think carefully about how to craft any such submissions to avoid inadvertent disclosure of Personal Information. During the term of your membership, you can review and revise your profile information at any time. 

3.2 Affiliated Business We Do Not Control. We work with a variety of third-parties to provide you information about their offerings through the TWB Service and Services. We share Personal Information with those providers in order to enhance their ability to provide you the highest level of service.

3.3 Service Providers, Business Partners and Others. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform TWB Service-related services (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, web analytics, improvement of the TWB Service's features, and postal and e-mail services, and personal assistance) or to assist us in analyzing how the TWB Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf. We may also provide Personal Information to our business partners or other entities with whom we have cooperative relationships so that they can send you promotional and other information and engage in any of the activities described in Section 2 above. 

3.4 Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. TWB cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of TWB or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable. 

3.5 Business Transfers. TWB may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. 

4. Changing or Deleting Your Information

4.1 All registered Users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in their registration or account profile by accessing their online user preferences page. Changing your information may interfere with your ability to utilize the TWB Service fully. If you completely delete all such information from your profile, your account may become deactivated. To discourage users from engaging in fraudulent behavior, we may retain Personal Information after it is changed or deleted. We may also retain previously supplied Personal Information in backup or archival copies, even though it may no longer be available in active user databases. 

4.2 To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information. 
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES. 

5. Our Commitment to Data Security 

5.1 TWB is takes safeguarding your information seriously. We employ reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to TWB, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, TWB makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. 

5.2 If TWB learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach you should notify us via our contact form. 

6. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

6.1 TWB is particularly concerned with safeguarding the privacy of children. The TWB Service is not directed to children under 18, and children under 18 are prohibited from using the TWB Service under the Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us via our contact form. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS MLS AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. 

7. Audit Participation 

TWB is not responsible for any comments and feedback provided to and by 3rd parties during the audit process nor for any consequences of that feedback. 

8. Refund Policy 

If you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us we will gladly give you a full refund within 30 days of date of purchase.
